Supervisor

Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Supervisor to join our brand-new store in Kildare Village, opening soon.

As a key member of the management team, you’ll support the Store and Deputy Manager in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and motivating the team on the shop floor. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new opening, helping to shape the store culture from the very beginning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a role model for the wider team
• Support with day-to-day store operations including opening/closing and cash handling
• Help drive sales and meet store performance targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation standards
• Take responsibility for sections of the shop floor and deputise in management absence
• Support with onboarding and training new team members
• Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for customers and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury fashion environment
• Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about delivering great service
• Comfortable leading by example and taking responsibility when required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to work flexibly including weekends
