About the Role
FRS Recruitment is urgently seeking a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Support Worker to join a welcoming mental health support service based in Raheny, Dublin.
This organisation provides a community-focused, non-medical programme that empowers individuals on their journey toward mental health recovery. The focus is on strengths, potential, and inclusion, not illness — making it a warm, engaging, and inspiring place to work.
This is a Monday–Friday position with no nights or weekends, It is full time and we wont be progressing with anyone that cannot commit to full time hours each week.

- Empathetic and patient – able to listen, support, and connect with individuals from all walks of life.
- A great communicator – fluent English and clear diction are essential to support communication with service users and colleagues.
- QQI Level 5 (FETAC) in Healthcare or a relevant qualification (essential).
- Experience in mental health services — personality and attitude are key.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
- Immediate start.
Compliance Requirements (must be completed before starting):
- Garda Vetting
- International Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Mandatory trainings
- Occupational Health clearance
- Three (3) satisfactory references
All compliance must be fully completed and approved prior to commencing work.
