Commercial Operations Administrator - Morgan McKinley

We are seeking a highly organised, detail oriented, and professional Commercial Operations Administrator to join our client's high performing team. In this role you will streamline key business functions and provide critical support to an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive and board support, including preparing reports, presentations, and managing meeting logistics.
• Coordinate and manage commercial operations by developing workflows and maintaining dashboards.
• Support business development activities by gathering and synthesizing market and commercial insights.
• Manage all commercial team travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Organise and oversee critical meeting schedules and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Assist with internal and external communications to ensure information flows smoothly to all relevant stakeholders.

Experience required:

• 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, business operations, or commercial coordination role.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM/reporting tools.
• Proven ability to support director-level executives, handle confidential information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills with finance, commercial, and operations teams, including travel coordination.
