Business Development Representative
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a full-time Business Development Representative to join our clients team based in Cork. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts, a tactical mindset, and a hunger to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
For You:
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 + CommissionMonday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Generate sales through outbound and inbound efforts.Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the service offering’s, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collect market data before and during outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs to sales leaders.
Be the first point of contact for potential clients while executing marketing and sales tactics.
Use Linkedin and other sales tools, to build prospect lists and craft outbound messaging.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Analyse market reports to determine where to seek out new business.
Work collaboratively with all internal teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement & to ensure a united vision when communicating with customers.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience.Business or agricultural degree.
Exceptional phone skills and ability to connect with customers over the phone.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Flexibility, critical thinking skills, and can act fast.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organisation.
IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data and be comfortable with new technology.
Full Clean Driving licence.
