The Role

My client, a well established Irish car dealer is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team. This is a full time, permanent, onsite position based in Dublin 11.

As the Receptionist you will act as the first point of contact for all customers while keeping the dealership’s administrative and reporting processes running smoothly.

Tasks & Duties
  • Welcome and assist customers in a very busy dealership.
  • Maintain daily logs and records for the showroom.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on messages and customer requests.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including vehicle intake and processing.
  • Manage vehicle documentation, registrations, and ownership transfers.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive administration or dealership office operations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer focused with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commutable distance as full office attendance is required.
