Responsibilities:
Answering the main switchboard and diverting calls as required.
Meet & greet candidates and clients on arrival.
Managing applications and updating the in house database
Formatting CVs for consultants
Format & maintain jobs adverts for all job boards
Preparing weekly KPI reports
Assist in screening of candidates, assessing suitability
Assist with compliance duties
Assist with the day to day marketing duties
Candidates applying for this role must have the following experience:
Professional individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow through on all tasks assigned.
A Business or Marketing degree (applications from recent graduates welcome)
Minimum of 60 WPM typing speed & 95%+ accuracy skills on Word and data entry skills testing.
Quick learner with the ability to work on own initiative and manage workload to ensure all tasks are complete
Ability to work onsite in Sandyford
