About the Job:
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of our ice cream shop. You’ll take customer orders, scoop ice cream, prepare treats, and make sure every guest has a great experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm, positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently (in-person or at the counter)
- Handle cash register and point-of-sale transactions
- Keep the service area clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Work as part of a team to maintain a smooth flow during busy times
Requirements:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, upbeat personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)
