Construction Worker with ICF Experience

Hamilton French is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Worker with expertise in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and reliable individual, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform various construction tasks with a focus on ICF block house construction.

Handle steel rebar reinforcement and concrete finishing.

Install windows.

Operate a variety of power tools for construction tasks.

Assist with general labor duties as needed.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ICF construction.

Proficiency in using power tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid Safe Pass certificate.

Manual handling certification.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with steel work and hole coring.
