This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact at BIA Innovator Campus, greeting and welcoming people, helping them navigate the site, Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Preparing meeting and training rooms for upcoming events.Assist with event registration and instructing in the signing-in process of guests, issuing parking passes, offering hospitality, and informing the appropriate person of their arrival, assist with some laundry activities when required, carry out some administrative duties as required assisting the Finance Manager.
Key Requirements: Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Professional attitude with good verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, reliable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
