Want to work for Ireland's biggest insurance broker? With loads of room for growth and progression, they are now looking for a personal lines executive to join their team in either Sandyford, Galway, Waterford, and Cork.
In this role you will be at the forefront of all things insurance, managing clients and handling their renewals on a daily basis whilst building great relationships internally and externally with new and existing customers.
What will my day-to-day look like?- Working across all Personal Lines depts securing renewals, processing amendments, cross-selling, and up-selling across all product lines.
- Manage renewals, and client retention in line with company targets.
- Negotiating with new and existing customers and clients on a daily basis.
- Setting up new client accounts and ensuring customers' documentation is correct.
- Ensuring all files are up to date on Relay
- Ensuring all aspects of Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison and Correspondence are completed
- APA qualification is essential
- CIP preferred.
- Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment.
- 1-year sales or customer service in a similar role required.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
- Up to 10% annual bonus
- Zero absence bonus of up to €500
- 5% employer and 5% employee pension contribution scheme after probation
