Community Operations Analyst - Dutch ?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
  • Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client’s Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
  • Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client’s products and community standards.
  • Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
  • Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Skills & Competences:

  • Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
  • Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.
  • Decision-Making: Prioritise, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
  • Time Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to consistently meet KPIs.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in Dutch with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C2).

Contract:

  • Full-time, permanent.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Working Hours: Day shift (9-5) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.
  • Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
  • Evening Shift: 25% salary uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.
  • Travel Allowance: €12 per day (before tax) for evening shift.
  • Healthcare: Private healthcare and pension contribution.

IMPORTANT:

  • Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be confident in dealing with sensitive content.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland is required (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months or renewable).
