Executive Assistant

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a leading global manufacturer of electronic products and systems based in Dublin 22.

The Executive Assistant will support the Branch President. This position demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Branch President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Coordinate and arrange travel and events for incoming visitors to the branch
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Branch President.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review and presentation.
Act as a liaison between the Branch President and internal/external stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Experience in event planning is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management experience
High level of professionalism and discretion with highly confidential data
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
