About the Role

We’re looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Service Manager to support and empower our enterprise customers across the DACH region. You’ll be the key link between clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving complex issues, and helping customers get the most from our products.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.

• Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients — managing service requests, account configuration, and escalations.
• Proactively educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Drive improvements in SLA performance, case resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and Risk teams to resolve high-impact issues.
• Support compliance activities (e.g., PCI DSS documentation) and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success — ideally in fintech or payments.
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and handling complex service cases.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
