Key Responsibilities- Effectively operate, maintain equipment and machinery as required.
- Maintain and manage farm’s irrigation systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and learn new skills.
- Be available for flexible hours for peak seasonal times.
- Completing ad hoc duties as directed by the Farm Manager.
- Hard working, motivated, flexible & ability to work well in a busy environment.
- Ability to work overtime/ weekends when needed.
- Ability to communicate in English language
