Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading international manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Midleton, Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated and experienced team supporting customers across Europe and beyond.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and fluency in German and/or French.

• Deliver a first-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage general customer queries and ensure resolution from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Use ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar) to manage customer orders and data.
• Liaise effectively with other departments to support strategic objectives.
• Complete additional customer service tasks as required.

• 1–3 years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and/or French (written and spoken).
• ERP system experience (JD Edwards an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving ability and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Team player with flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
