Here at Osborne, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Executive Assistant on behalf of our client based in Dublin City Centre. Our client is a well-known organisation and this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to grow within the organisation.
Location: Dublin 3Job Type: Permanent - Hybrid working model
Salary: €27,577
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and planning support for trade missions, events, PR, international digital campaigns, social media, corporate marketing and other projects as may be assigned from time to timeEngage and communicate with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
Provide general administration services to the team including preparing correspondence, emails and meeting requests
Create and update spreadsheets to include collating, entering, processing and verifying a range of data and information
Create and update presentations as required in connection with the internal reporting of past and future departmental activities
Support content development for online and other publications and material as requiredSupport the planning and organisation of trade missions, events and initiatives: Handle internal and external queries and correspondence relating to trade mission activities
Track and record activities relating to individual events and campaigns
Assist in the coordination and planning of event logistics, including the use of online platforms, sourcing rooms/venues and arranging associated logistics, IT and facilities requirements, organising and coordinating travel, accommodation and catering arrangements as required, and providing logistics support at live events on the day
Requirements:
Qualification in a communications or marketing related disciplineExcellent planning, administration and organisational skills are essential
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Photoshop is essential
Strong oral and writing English communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage work efficiently to strict deadlines is essential
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to process data efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively contribute to the work of a busy team
