Ireland's leading manufacturer and supplier of energy efficient solar systems, underfloor heating and cylinders are currently seeking an Engineering Compliance Manager to ensuring that the business, its employees and its projects and products comply with all relevant regulations and specifications.
This is a hybrid role offering a very attractive salary as well as:

As the Engineering Compliance Manager, you will report directly into the MD of the company and ensure the company complies with all health and safety, environmental, legal or quality standards, as well as any ethical policies the company may have.
Duties:
• Work with department managers to ensure documentation, testing and products are to the required standard
• Work to uphold the internal process to ensure all compliance considerations are incorporated in product categories and responsible for researching requirements in different fields and more specific disciplines
• Monitor regulations to understand the impacts to compliance of the product and determine appropriate compliance approach
• Keeping abreast of industry regulations and updates, providing guidance to internal teams
• Investigating and addressing compliance concerns, escalating issues as necessary
• Write technical assessments and summary reports of findings
• Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical
• Experience in collecting, analysing, and synthesising information as well as presenting on those various subjects.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Previous leadership/management experience
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned
• Strong critical and analytical thinking, decision making, innovative problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
