Position : Production Manager Location : County Monaghan Salary : €55,000 - €60,000 per annum Exciting Opportunity : Production Manager in County Monaghan (Food Processing)! About the Role : We are currently assisting a leading food processing company in County Monaghan in their search for an experienced Production Manager.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage production operations in a dynamic food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient output.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and develop production teams, providing leadership, coaching, and support to optimize performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
Monitor production KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement strategies to achieve production targets and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills : Proven experience in a production management role within the food processing industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
In-depth knowledge of food processing operations, quality assurance principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
