The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.

Key Responsibilities : Designing and developing control systems : This involves working collaboratively with design engineers to develop and implement systems.

Managing operations : Oversee the operation of the control systems and machinery. They should also be able to identify and respond to system and process anomalies and errors.

Testing : The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for system testing and debugging control systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

Project management : They will oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Compliance and Safety : Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.

They should also prioritize safety and be able to develop safe operating procedures. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of control theory and control systems. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Skills : Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems. Strong understanding of control theory and control systems.
