Job Description

The Workplace Experience Specialist is central to creating a vibrant and inclusive environment. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture and the Operations Manager, you will oversee programmes relating to workplace culture, employee engagement, and efficient facility management.

Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement:

 •  You are responsible for implementing an Employee Engagement Strategy that motivates employees, connects them to our growth strategy and drives employee retention.
 •  Analyse and improve employee lifecycle touchpoints including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, development, progression and offboarding to ensure that we are providing a market leading employee experience linked to or brand, culture and measured against retention.
 •  Continually monitor internal feedback from employees & leaders to ensure we are providing the best experience possible. • Analyse the results of our employee surveys to identify priority areas and work with departments to co-ordinate and align engagement and communication strategies at local and company-wide level. Company Communication:
 •  Drive dynamic internal communications and intranet, creating channels that effectively connect our diverse workforce with our strategy, and promote our employer brand, fostering an informed, engaged, and aligned workforce.
 •  Prepare specialist communications including toolkits, change communications, announcements etc, that support change management strategies and ensure that they align with our brand and culture.

Facilities Management:

 •  Oversee office operations, collaborate with vendors, ensuring the smooth running of office facilities.
 •  Uphold stringent health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure, safe, and healthy working environment. Employer Brand:
 •  Ensure that our employee engagement programmes are being championed externally to attract talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
 •  Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technology, employer certifications and internal communication trends so we can continuously improve and be an employer of choice.

Qualifications
 •  Degree and or experience in a HR and Facilities role.
 •  Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively.
 •  Strong communication skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
 •  Effective at managing budgets and resources.
