 •  Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, understanding their sector and needs to foster enduring partnerships.
 •  Managing a challenging workload, prioritising tasks, and meeting project deadlines.
 •  Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
 •  Proactively developing yourself and team members through Continuous Professional Development initiatives.
 •  Utilising strong numerical analysis skills, including Finite Element analysis and construction sequencing of underground structures.

Ideal candidates must have the following credentials:

 •  Proven expertise in piling, piled walls, foundation and retaining wall design, temporary works, soil nails, ground anchors, and site investigations.
 •  Strong proficiency in preparing technical documentation, contract documents, and fee estimates.
 •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

This role attracts the following benefits package:

 •  Attractive pension benefits
 •  Death in service cover
 •  Accident and illness cover
 •  Training and Education assistance
 •  Flexible working arrangements
