This world class FM company are looking to bring on board an outstanding Assistant GM to be an integral part of the management team delivering a first-class provision to their blue-chip pharmaceutical client based in Limerick.
The Assistant GM will be client focused, business centric and obsessed with establishing a culture of excellence, they will utilise an extensive knowledge of the FM industry to drive the client relationship forward.
Salary: 42,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits
Location: Limerick
THE ROLE
Manage the Front of House, Security and Support functions.
Act as client point of Escalation.
Foster superb relationship with client personnel.
Develop the team through a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee creation of financial forecasts, construct budgets and administer invoicing matters.THE CANDIDATE
Should offer experience of managing multi disciplined support teams within large sites in the FM sector or a related sector.
Should be an expert in building client relationships.
Should demonstrate commercial acumen.
Should have managed P&L Accounts in excess of 1.5 million Euros.
