The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business needs.
Your role will require establishing HR best practice, to drive project and initiatives to enhance all aspects for HR.
RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to establish business objectives and challenges
• Provide strategic HR guidance based on business needs
• Support all HR issues including HR Operations, Workforce Planning and Performance Management.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition processes
• Implement initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 3+ years’ HR experience
• HR or relevant qualification – highly desirable
• Excellent Employment Law knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have own transport with full clean driving license.
