Responsibilities:

 •  Act as a strategic partner to managers, understanding their objectives and providing HR solutions that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
 •  Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
 •  Implement and oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on talent development and succession planning.
 •  Collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
 •  Provide guidance and support for managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
 •  Lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns and issues.
 •  Support in all employee litigation and case management
 •  Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
 •  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with organisational goals, industry trends and labour laws or regulations.
 •  Manage the adherence to HR policies at a team and manager level across the business.
 •  Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
 •  Provide regular status or reporting to the HR manager on the quality and level of HR support.
 •  Updating of the HR database and provision of regular system and statistic reports as required.
 •  Managing our contracts of employment
 •  Day-to day administrative tasks where appropriate

What you need to succeed:

 •  3-5 years general HR operations experience
 •  Membership of the CIPD is desirable.
 •  Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
 •  Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, coupled with the ability to gain commitment from others.
 •  Have excellent analytical skills and be able to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements and propose and implement solutions.
 •  Significant experience of organisational change including the facilitation of implementing and accepting changes within the workplace
 •  Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships (both internal and external) with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
 •  Driver of high standards for individual, team and organisational accomplishment and delivering desired results
