We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to help us build a best-in-class customer home buying journey. Working within Commercial function of Glenveagh, the Digital Business Analyst will assist in the implementation of exciting new features and functionality for Irish Home Buyers.
You will work alongside a Product Manager and Scrum team and will interact with SME’s to deliver on our strategy to provide the best customer experience in the market.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

 •  Collaborate with a Product Manager and business stakeholders to create clear and concise user stories that will be fed into the Scrum team
 •  Lead story refinement sessions with the Scrum Team
 •  Responsibilities include organizing and managing a well-maintained product backlog categorized into epics, features, and user stories
 •  Support with onboarding of new business processes and preparation of support documentation including process flow diagrams
 •  Capture read and write operations between Glenveagh’s digital products and partner platforms like MS Dynamics
 •  Collaborate and cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers.
 •  Assist with the creation and upkeep of the product roadmap
 •  Produce clear and concise business process maps and supporting documentation to document the business processes
 •  Assist in product discovery and opportunity analysis
 •  Assist in miscellaneous project management support when required.

Requirements
 •  Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
 •  Business Analyst experience working with user facing digital product
 •  Track record of successfully implementing complex digital products
 •  Proficient understanding of Scrum
 •  Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of tools and experience with integrating data from digital products with MS dynamics
 •  Knowledge of design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro
 •  Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and cross functional departments
 •  Previous experience working within the property industry would be an advantage
 •  Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
 •  Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
