Our client is a luxury interior design, home accessories, and furniture business located on the South side of Dublin offering a large selection of high-quality products to its customers, now seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead the retail team and drive the business forward.
As the Retail Store Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and your responsibilities will include managing the retail team, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing inventory management and cost loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities : Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets Delivering a first-class customer service experience Maintaining the store's appearance and brand image Managing staffing levels and recruitment Implementing till and cash handling procedures Overseeing stock management and inventory levels Liaising with the purchasing manager for product requirements Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Supporting the organization as needed Requirements : Minimum 2 years store management experience, preferably in a similar environment Passion, knowledge, and talent for interiors / homewares Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and delegation skills Proficiency in MS Office A self-starter with a can-do attitude Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Solutions-driven mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations Strong presentation skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments Benefits : Competitive salary Bonuses and other incentives Work-life balance (No late evenings or early mornings) Free parking and staff discounts Full autonomy and control Time off during the Christmas holidays A supportive team environment, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the luxury retail industry.
