IT Field Service Engineer Dublin 3, with travel to customer sites across Leinster € DOE Plus Benefits including Company Vehicle, Laptop, Mobile Phone & More Our client provides professional IT support for businesses ranging from SMEs to large companies.

They are now looking for an IT Field Service Engineer to join their team and support customers IT infrastructure.
As an IT Field Service Engineer, you will :
• Be responsible for monitoring customers IT infrastructure
• Be responsible for identifying issues and taking preventative action to ensure business continuity for our customer base
• In addition to this you will be a point of escalation for Level 1 engineers, working with the support team to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Desktop Support
• supporting, and troubleshooting Desktop & Remote
• Support all levels of Windows Server from 2012 to 2022
• Provide support for Hyper V and VMWare Environment
• Provide Hardware and software support to our customers
• Daily support for all backup-related issues ensuring a timely resolution
• Consult with 3rd party companies when issues needed to be escalated
• Work with all levels of Windows OS from Windows 7 to 11
• Work with all levels of Apple Mac OS
• Work with 3rd-level support on projects which include Office365
• Successfully help users to migrate to Office365 and solving any related problems To be considered as an IT Field Service Engineer, you will need :
• A minimum of three years experience in both remote and on-site support
• To be an energetic self-starter with a positive / flexible attitude
-Solution-orientated approachwith very good problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities
