What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience across phone and email channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and friendly support to customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
- Resolve a wide range of customer queries, from account access and password assistance to more complex operational and supply chain-related issues.
- Investigate customer concerns, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes, customer journeys, and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Language Requirements- Fluent Mongolian(written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, retail, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and customer management systems.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
