Multilingual Customer Service Executive (Mongolian)

Location: Dublin

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience across phone and email channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
  • Resolve a wide range of customer queries, from account access and password assistance to more complex operational and supply chain-related issues.
  • Investigate customer concerns, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes, customer journeys, and service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Language Requirements
  • Fluent Mongolian(written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, retail, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and customer management systems.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
