Are you a highly organised and personable administrator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team based in Kildorrery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and loves being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to both our sales and logistics departments
• Accurately process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices
• Maintain internal systems and ensure records are always up-to-date
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general customer enquiries
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless deliveries and collections
• Welcome and assist visitors while supporting smooth interdepartmental communication
• Assist with stock checks and generate relevant reports as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, transport, or sales
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident and professional when dealing with a high volume of people and queries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
• Comfortable working fully on-site in our Kildorrery office
