Part-Time Business Development Manager – Permanent – Dublin 3
Osborne Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a dynamic B2B environment with corporate sales experience. Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of core membership sales and retention processes, generating new members to meet financial targets, overseeing targeted customer recruitment retention campaigns, and preparing sales support materials.
Hours: 18.5 Hours a weekSalary: €80-90k Pro-Rata

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for membership sales and retentionAchieve monthly and yearly financial targets by generating new members across all categories
Work with the Marketing department to create and oversee targeted campaigns to recruit and retain customers
Create and maintain sales support materials to assist in the sales process
Play an integral role in engaging members and achieving the company's strategic goals as part of a dynamic cross-functional teamContinuously review and refine promotion materials and sales propositions based on market analysis, research, staff input, and member feedback, in collaboration with colleagues
Ensure accurate membership records and maintain CRM databases
Produce comprehensive commercial analysis and management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Host and attend key events to network and engage with members.
Requirements:
A minimum of seven years of experience in a fast-paced B2B environment with experience in corporate sales.Proven track record of exceptional sales achievement in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
A passion for customer focus, with the ability to overcome obstacles and show a high degree of resilience. A passion for success and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or other CRM tools.
The ability to work independently, adapt to changes, make decisive decisions, and maintain professionalism while effectively handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an outstanding telephone presence. Exceptional interpersonal communication and networking skills within an organization are also necessary.
