Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Contractor Maintenance Technician (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of process equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and compressed air systems.
• Electrical and electronic system experience is a strong asset.
• Identify and resolve root causes of equipment failure and propose long-term preventative solutions.
• Record all equipment breakdowns in the maintenance management system.
• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and suggest improvements to current PM procedures.
• Ensure critical spare parts inventory is maintained for essential equipment.
• Communicate repair status, issues, and timelines to management and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and specialists as needed.
• Uphold and promote all site safety policies as an active member of the site safety team.
• Work closely with other departments to support seamless daily operations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, particularly troubleshooting pumps, motors, and grinding/milling machines.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or medical device settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external contractors.
• Proactive, reliable, and safety-focused individual with strong problem-solving ability.
