Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that guide AI development and product decisions. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to analyze performance metrics, monitor model behavior, and ensure data quality for advanced AI solutions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, AI innovation, and business impact.
This is a hybrid position based at Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in AI models and features.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor model performance, user engagement, and business KPIs.
- Support data preparation and validation for ML/NLP model training, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement evaluation metrics for LLMs, GenAI, and agentic frameworks.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure feature impact and guide product decisions.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data integrity and governance across pipelines.
- Document findings and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in AI/ML or SaaS environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with ML concepts and evaluation metrics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
