Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse data and prepare insightful reports that support critical decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that innovative solutions align with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions, recommending further enhancements for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data modelling and process mapping.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse and Hive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that will shine in this role!
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industry-specific processes and systems is a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) is a bonus!
