Job Description

The General and Operations Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the facilities and daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage office supplies and equipment, and maintain organised filing systems.
• Manage booking systems, pricing structures, and online OTA platforms.
• Optimise and implement processes and procedures to maximise efficiency in record-keeping and ensure the integrity of information.
• Oversee structural maintenance, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and manage security systems.
• Coordinate with technical support to ensure the smooth running of technology operations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting HR activities.
• Manage expenses and reconcile accounts.
• Organise events and meetings, as well as support the implementation of marketing initiatives and social media presence.
• Ensure service quality and resolve customer complaints.
• Update and oversee the company website.
• Supervise the coordination and alignment of all departments.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in administrative routines or related areas.
• Knowledge of process management and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with digital tools is an advantage.
