Job Description
The General and Operations Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the facilities and daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage office supplies and equipment, and maintain organised filing systems.
Manage booking systems, pricing structures, and online OTA platforms.
Optimise and implement processes and procedures to maximise efficiency in record-keeping and ensure the integrity of information.
Oversee structural maintenance, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and manage security systems.
Coordinate with technical support to ensure the smooth running of technology operations.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting HR activities.
Manage expenses and reconcile accounts.
Organise events and meetings, as well as support the implementation of marketing initiatives and social media presence.
Ensure service quality and resolve customer complaints.
Update and oversee the company website.
Supervise the coordination and alignment of all departments.
Job Requirements: 2 years of experience in administrative routines or related areas.
Knowledge of process management and analytical thinking.Proficiency with digital tools is an advantage.
Annual Salary: € 34.000p.h: € 16.77
