We are working with a leading player in one of Ireland's fastest-growing industries, based in Dublin 22, who are looking for a Part Qualified accountant to join their team and be a part of one of Ireland's fasted-growing sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a great company. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, support payroll processes, and assist the senior accountants with monthly closing and journal entries.

Responsibilities:

Update accounts receivable by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

Manage accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, scheduling payments, and handling reconciliations.

Support payroll processes, including timesheet checks, expense entries, and database updates.

Calculate payroll taxes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Assist the Senior Accountant with monthly closings, journal entries, and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar accounts or finance role.

Part-qualified and/or working towards ACCA, ATI, or equivalent certifications is desirable.

Great attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.

Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Confident using Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
