My client, a growing, international health technology organisation is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant supporting a member a senior leader within their Global Marketing function.
This is a high-visibility role where the Executive Assistant will work closely with a senior global leader, a key part in ensuring priorities are executed, actions are followed through, and teams remain aligned in a fast-moving environment.
It’s a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts, so this role will suit an Executive Assistant who enjoys being at the centre of activity and takes pride in bringing structure, organisation, and follow-through to a busy function.
The Role
This Executive Assistant role combines traditional executive support with a strong focus on coordination and execution across a global marketing team. A key part of this role is ensuring follow-through and accountability across teams, helping to bring structure and visibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements- 3–5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and across teams

- Ensure clarity on ownership, timelines, and expectations
- Track progress across multiple workstreams and ensure deliverables are moving forward
- Support multiple projects running in parallel, maintaining visibility on priorities and deadlines
- Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar with competing priorities
- Ensure time is aligned to key business objectives
- Coordinate meetings across multiple regions and time zones
- Attend key meetings, capturing clear and structured notes
- Define actions, owners, and timelines
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are delivered, including persistent follow-up where required
- Escalate delays, risks, or lack of progress to maintain momentum
- Help ensure meetings result in clear outcomes and accountability
- Draft emails, updates, and summaries on behalf of the VP
- Ensure consistent and clear communication across teams and regions
- Support alignment across stakeholders
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries (with agency support)
- Ensure smooth execution with contingency planning where required
- Track budgets across key activities and maintain visibility on spend
- Support basic reporting and vendor coordination
- Close working partnership with a senior global leader
- High level of visibility across international teams and projects
