HR Data Governance Specialist, 12 month contract New

Cpl HR recruitment are looking to speak with candidates for a high‑impact role focused on strengthening people data, insight and governance in a regulated environment for a 12 month contract.

You’ll own the organisation’s people data and reporting capability, ensuring high data quality, dashboards and meaningful insight to support senior decision‑making. Working closely with the HR Director and senior stakeholders, you’ll also oversee key people‑related governance frameworks, including Fitness & Probity and the Individual Accountability Framework.

• People data quality, analytics, dashboards and reporting
• Insight‑led reporting for leadership, Committees and Board
• Oversight of people governance and regulatory requirements
• Continuous improvement of HR systems, data and reporting processes

• Experience in people data, analytics or governance within a regulated or complex environment, ideally in a financial setting
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills
• Confident translating data into clear insights
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
