Overview

Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a global organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme across its enterprise systems and business processes. The organisation is investing heavily in AI-enabled productivity, low-code platforms, and modern workplace technologies to streamline operations and enhance user experience.

This role sits within a central digital function and focuses on delivering intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions across the business using the Microsoft ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This position will play a key role in designing and deploying next-generation digital solutions, combining low-code development with emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications, automations, and copilots that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise platforms, with strong exposure to Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancement
  • Design and deliver scalable solutions using low-code platforms and AI tooling
  • Build and configure intelligent copilots and conversational agents
  • Integrate solutions with core enterprise systems and data sources
  • Support deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of digital tools
  • Contribute to governance, security, and best practices across the platform ecosystem
  • Provide guidance on AI usage, prompting techniques, and responsible adoption
  • Stay current with platform updates and recommend continuous improvements
Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven hands-on experience building AI-enabled or Copilot-style solutions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and enterprise integrations
  • Ability to combine low-code development with scripting or API-based approaches
  • Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in digital platforms
  • Must be based within a commutable distance to Dublin with the relevant Visa without restrictions.
Tech Stack
  • Low-Code / Automation: Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
  • AI & Copilot: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse
  • Integration: REST APIs, web services, enterprise system integrations (e.g. CRM/ERP)
  • Scripting / Extensions: JavaScript, PowerShell
  • Data & Platforms: Cloud-based data services within Microsoft ecosystem
