Senior Enterprise Account Executive | DACH Market New

One of the most exciting high-growth scale-ups in secure workflow automation is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join the expanding DACH sales team. The company delivers cybersecurity‑focused SaaS solutions that help organisations streamline and secure critical processes across enterprise environments in Germany and the wider DACH region.

About the Role

You’ll drive new business across the DACH market, own the full sales cycle, and work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and channel partners. You’ll build strong relationships with IT and Security leaders across enterprise, mid‑market, and public sector organisations—playing a key role in shaping a strategic, high‑growth territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate demand and help customers realise value from the automation and cybersecurity platform
  • Deliver clear, impactful demos and articulate technical and business value
  • Manage multiple end‑to‑end sales cycles and close complex, high‑value deals
  • Collaborate with channel partners and alliances to develop and progress opportunities
  • Identify new use cases that improve efficiency and enhance cybersecurity posture
  • Prospect proactively to supplement inbound pipeline
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to address technical requirements
  • Work cross‑functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Build account and territory plans that drive long‑term growth
  • Provide market and customer feedback to influence product and GTM strategy
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience (enterprise, mid‑market, or public sector—DACH preferred)
  • Proven history closing complex SaaS deals and navigating procurement/compliance
  • Experience selling technical solutions to CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and cybersecurity teams
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and pipeline‑building ability
  • Knowledge of DACH IT channel partners and alliances
  • Experience developing or scaling new territories/verticals
  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets and KPIs
  • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills
  • Coachable, curious, and adaptable with a growth mindset
