Our client is a privately owned, fast-growing group founded in 2005. Since 2022, they have completed six acquisitions to expand their Washroom & Pest Division in ROI. We are now seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the Washroom and Pest division and play a central role in its ongoing growth and integration.
As Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational performance, integration of acquisitions, and leadership of your team. You’ll drive efficiencies, ensure compliance, and maintain excellent customer relationships, while supporting the strategic growth of the business.
Salary & Benefits:
€60,000 - €65,000Hours: Monday to Friday (45 hours weekly)

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and develop a growing operational team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence – Oversee supply chain and inventory, optimise service routes, and deliver integration of acquisitions across systems, people, vehicles, branding, and financial processes.
Compliance & Safety – Ensure regulatory compliance, implement health & safety procedures, and manage training requirements for both office and field staff.
Customer Relations – Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling queries effectively and seeking opportunities to improve service delivery.
Budget & Reporting – Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on key KPIs to drive performance and profitability.
Strategic Projects – Take ownership of systems upgrades, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, and central teams.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operations leadership role.Direct involvement in acquisition integrations – leading across systems, people, and processes.
Strong background in leading operational teams and managing growth.
Experience working closely with senior management, customer service, commercial, and finance teams.
Proven ability in procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract/ SLA management.
Highly organised with excellent people management, IT, and communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
