Department: Human Products Monitoring (HPM)

Join a leading regulatory authority to support public health through effective monitoring and assessment of human medicinal products at national and EU levels.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Assistance

Provide support for efficient case management of national and EU procedures, including: Assist in the preparation, collation, and distribution of reports for monthly meetings.

Coordinate comments and manage assessment timelines by liaising with assessors and relevant stakeholders.
Compile data for monthly reports and respond to queries directed to the section.
Manage diaries and coordinate internal and external meetings.

Handle general administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and archiving.

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized and motivated individual.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
