We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, managing stock and inventory, and assisting in menu planning.

Main Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard

Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary

Training and supervising junior kitchen staff

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef

Formal culinary qualification preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
