Supply Chain Specialist

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support external manufacturing operations in Dublin.

This role will act as a key link between planning teams, manufacturing partners, and commercial functions, proactively managing supply priorities, resolving exceptions, and safeguarding customer service performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate production and order fulfilment with external manufacturing partners to meet demand.
• Manage purchase order placement, tracking, and delivery in line with contractual and planning requirements.
• Support reporting and analysis of service and performance metrics including backorders and service level indicators.
• Provide forward-looking volume outlooks to manufacturing partners to support medium- and long-term capacity planning.
• Act as the main supply contact for order status, scheduling, and shipment queries.
• Track open orders, highlight risks, and escalate supply issues where required.
• Work with planning, customer service, logistics, quality, and procurement teams to resolve supply constraints.
• Support demand alignment, campaign planning, and inventory optimisation activities.
• Communicate supply risks, disruptions, or delays to key stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• 4+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing coordination, or operations roles.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing order data, forecasts, or service metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
