About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Large Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with senior stakeholders, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you will build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers, develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customers maximise the value of the products and services available to them.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of large enterprise customers
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to support customer success and business growth
- Drive revenue retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio
- Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve customer challenges
- Support onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing account development
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account information within CRM systems
- Analyse customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- 3+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Sales
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to grow and retain customer relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Background within payments, fintech, e-commerce, financial services, or technology sectors
- Experience supporting multi-product solutions across enterprise customers
- Strong project or programme management skills
- Experience working within fast-paced, matrixed organisations
