Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and distribution.
• Oversee facility operations, supplier relationships, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance operational performance.
• Implement best-in-class warehouse management systems, optimising layout and workflows.
• Drive sustainability, safety, and cost-efficiency initiatives across operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar warehouse or operations management role.
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse systems (SAP experience advantageous).
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• High motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
