General and Operations Manager

Job Description:

Berryoak LTD is seeking a General and Operations Manager. This role requires a high-performing, organised, and strategic individual to manage day-to-day office operations, support executive management, and drive business efficiency and alignment across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management.
• Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, correspondence, and record-keeping systems.
• Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate presentations.
• Ensure effective facility management: liaising with building management, supervising maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with IT support and manage relationships with office service vendors.
• Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
• Manage departmental budgets, expense tracking, and assist with internal and external audits.
• Lead organisation of internal and external events, PR activities, and marketing coordination.
• Oversee content management and updates on the corporate website.
• Ensure operational alignment across departments and business units.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in administrative routines or related areas.
• Knowledge of process management and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with digital tools is an advantage.
