Customer Support Specialist

Salary: €28,500 per annum with additional benefits package

Start Dates: Hybrid :8th and 29th of October

Key responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers.
• Accurately maintain and update information.
• Liaise with team members across departments.
• Maintain GDPR compliance when handling sensitive information.
• Stay up to date with workflow updates and data management.
