Part-Time HR Manager (On-Site)
Location: Clondalkin, DublinHours: Part-Time
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time HR Manager to join our team on an on-site basis at our Clondalkin location. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with management and employees to support a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide general HR support across the business
Advise management on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with current employment legislation
Support absence management, training, and development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related queries
Requirements:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at manager level
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, confidential, and solutions-focused approach
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
