The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

• Proven experience in Human Resources, in a generalist or business partner capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
